Spiritual 'photons' of Light...really present!

J.M.J. + O.B.T. + M.G.R.*

I just received this email link and
thought it had a spiritual side too:

http://www.quora.com/What-happens-to-the-photons-when-I-switch-off-the-light

What happens
when the Fifth Mystery of Light
The Holy Eucharist
is reposed in the dark tabernacle?

It still glows from its Source...
still Jesus Christ's body
 blood, soul and divinity
really present.

Whereas on the physical side
the following comment is worth pondering:

One situation to consider is what happens when the photons are in a perfectly reflective room. If this were the case, all photons would remain inside the room (assuming you managed to remove the light source since that would absorb some photos as well). However, for you to actually test that the photos were still present in the room, you would have to absorb some of the photons because that is the only method we have for detection, which would remove some photons from the room.

Does this not remind us
of the gold-lined, gold-encased
Ark of the Covenant?
Exodus 25

8And they shall make me a sanctuary, and I will dwell in the midst of them: 9According to all the likeness of the tabernacle which I will shew thee, and of all the vessels for the service thereof: and thus you shall make it: 10Frame an ark of setim [acacia] wood, the length whereof shall be of two cubits and a half: the breadth, a cubit and a half: the height, likewise, a cubit and a half. 11And thou shalt overlay it with the purest gold within and without: and over it thou shalt make a golden crown round about: 12And four golden rings, which thou shall put at the four corners of the ark: let two rings be on the one side, and two on the other. 13Thou shalt make bars also of setim [acacia] wood, and shalt overlay them with gold. 14And thou shalt put them in through the rings that are in the sides of the ark, that it may be carried on them. 15And they shall be always in the rings, neither shall they at any time be drawn out of them. 16And thou shalt put in the ark the testimony which I will give thee.17Thou shalt make also a propitiatory of the purest gold: the length thereof shall be two cubits and a half, and the breadth a cubit and a half. 18Thou shalt make also two cherubims of beaten gold, on the two sides of the oracle. 19Let one cherub be on the one side, and the other on the other. 20Let them cover both sides of the propitiatory, spreading their wings, and covering the oracle, and let them look one towards the other, their faces being turned towards the propitiatory wherewith the ark is to be covered. 21In which thou shalt put the testimony that I will give thee. 22Thence will I give orders, and will speak to thee over the propitiatory, and from the midst of the two cherubims, which shall be upon the ark of the testimony, all things which I will command the children of Israel by thee.

And how about Our Blessed Mother,
the New Ark of the Covenant
who is clothed with the Sun
and perfectly reflects the rays of her Son?

Saint Pope John Paul II
Chapter 6 of Ecclesia de Eucharistia,
“Woman of the Eucharist"

"Mary anticipated, in the mystery of the Incarnation, the Church’s Eucharistic faith. When, at the Visitation, she bore in her womb the Word made Flesh, she became in some way a ‘tabernacle’—the first ‘tabernacle’ in history—in which the Son of God, still invisible to our human gaze, allowed Himself to be adored by Elizabeth, radiating His light as it were through the eyes and voice of Mary."
